Unless otherwise noted on this web site, delivery of products is FAS (Incoterms (2000), the international rules for the interpretation of trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce) Company’s facility where the products you order are located at the time of shipment. This means that you will be charged for the cost of shipping, and title and risk of loss will pass to you upon Company’s delivery of the products you order to the U.S. postal service or courier service.

Prices and Taxes

Prices listed on this web site for products or services, unless otherwise noted, are exclusive of shipping charges, and of any applicable value-added, sales, use, excise, transfer, transport, or other tax, tariff or duty of any sort imposed by any government authority (“Taxes”). Promotion and Coupon Codes

Multiple coupon codes cannot be used simultaneously. When buying bulk volume through the website for special tiered discounts, no coupon code can be used.

Shipping & Delivery

Synergy Products (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Company,” or sometimes “we” or “us”), generally ships items within one or two business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site. We fill domestic orders using United States Postal Service Priority Mail, United Parcel Service, or FedEx, which generally result in delivery within two to three days. Requests for use of a courier service or for overnight shipping cannot be processed on this web site; however, we generally can accommodate these requests if you contact us by email and ask for a phone consultation.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship all items usually within 1 business day of an order placement. If there is a general delay happening on our end it will be clearly stated on our website. We ship through USPS, FedEx, and other shipping organizations. A confirmation code will be emailed to you after completion of an order and packages can be tracked using this code.

Orders over $300 will automatically be shipped via priority mail with a signature requirement, unless otherwise specified. Orders under $300 will be shipped via first class, with no signature required. Overnight shipping is not an option on the web site, but we can accommodate for this via agreement by email if needed. We can add or remove a signature requirement to packages upon request.

International Sales

Synergy Products ships to 24 States in the United States, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and many countries within Europe, Australasia, South America, and elsewhere. All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls (including, without limitation, the Export Administration Act of 1979, the Export Administration Regulations promulgated thereunder, the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations). By placing an order through this web site, you affirm that you will comply with all such applicable export controls and regulations.

You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits and authorizations. Customs and import duties may apply to international sales. Lost Packages

If a package gets lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen) we will re-ship the order. If the tracking information says the package was ‘delivered,’ then this means USPS successfully delivered the package to the given address and our job has been effectively accomplished. If it says” delivered,” yet it’s lost anyway, we ask that you check with housemates or family to see if they received the package without telling you. This scenario happens fairly often. Windstorms can cause the package to roll off a porch. USPS will not mark an order as delivered if it hasn’t been, so please look carefully.

Package Sent to the Wrong Address

If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the order was placed online by you, than you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has returned to us. When ordering, please make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate, as making any mistake could significantly delay the delivery.
